RESERVATION
New clients and group reservations are required to make a reservation deposit.
$15.00 for new clients/groups of two (2) to five (5)
$30.00 for groups of six (6) to ten (10)
$60.00 for groups of eleven (11) and up
This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE(S).

All Cancellations will result in losing the reservation deposit.

All phone reservation deposits are forms of legal consent and agreements.

A $5.00 Reservation Deposit is required ONLY for Take-offs and Nail Repairs.

AFTERHOURS
Please note that our dedication to serving you extends beyond our standard operating hours. For any services provided outside of our regular business hours, there will be an additional charge of $25.00 per client. This fee compensates our staff for their extended availability and ensures that we can continue offering flexible service options to meet your needs.
SANITATION KITS
Personal Sanitation Kits are required for every client.
Please keep in mind the sanitation kits are additional charges upon arrival.
Our clientele are more than welcome to return and reuse the kits for future services.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Tips cannot be withdrawn from gift certificates.
Star Nails L.L.C. is not responsible for any lost/stolen gift certificate(s).
Star Nails L.L.C. has the right to refuse expired gift certificate(s).

If our client and specialist are not on the same page or sense discomfort - our specialists are all mandated to discontinue the reservation.
We appreciate every single person walking through our doors, but please remember we are all human beings just trying to do our job. If you cannot be nice - unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you.
We will not let our team take advantage or bully any of our clients, but we will not stand by and let clients bully and degrade our team.
